Academic instructions for the First Semester, AY 2022-2023 (College Department)

1.  Sustained flexible learning mode will be implemented for the First Semester, Academic Year 2022-2023. 

Details on the conduct of online and face-to-face classes will be discussed by your respective professors/instructors during the online orientation for each class (same as class schedule) which will be conducted from August 15-20, 2022.

College synchronous hybrid learning modality will start on August 22, 2022.

2.  Google Classroom shall be the Official Learning Management System (LMS).

a.  Register for an Aura Google Workspace (AGW) account at https://bit.ly/AURA_GOOGLE_2022

The AGW account that will be provided will be used in joining Google Classrooms.

b.  Join your respective classes in Google classroom using the google class codes from https://bit.ly/COLLEGE_CLASSCODES_2022 (you need to login with your AGW account to view the contents)

3.  Students are advised to retain submitted class requirements in Google Classroom for one year for future reference and verification. Subject/Course materials created by professors/instructors should be accessed only by duly enrolled students. Any unauthorized use, dissemination, or copying of the contents, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. All students have the responsibility to ensure the protection of any personal data while using Google Classroom.
