For Old Students
I am a student enrolled in the previous semester and I want to enroll for the Summer term. What are the steps for enrollment?
STEP 1. Download the enrollment form from https://bit.ly/3aMNDzC. Completely and properly fill-up the enrollment form.
STEP 2. Deposit at least Php 2,000 to any of the following bank accounts:
EastWest Bank Account-Olongapo Branch
Account Name: Mondriaan Aura College
Account Number: 200-000-075-287
Landbank Account-Subic Bay Branch
Account Name: Edgar Gutana Geniza
Account Number: 1571-0772-01
To use GCash for payment, please refer to this link: https://bit.ly/3coDCdS.
STEP 3. Send a clear scanned or photographed copy of the deposit slip or the screen capture of the payment confirmation (if using online means like GCash) to [email protected].
STEP 4. Wait for further instructions from the Dean of Academic Affairs.
I am currently enrolled/would like to enroll and I want to request for subjects that are not open in the current semester. What should I do?
STEP 1. Download the Subject Request Form from https://bit.ly/2zksvnA. Completely and properly fill up this form. Send a clear scanned or photographed copy to [email protected].
STEP 2. Wait for the response of the Dean of Academic Affairs as your request is being evaluated and processed.
STEP 3. If approved, download this Adding Form. Completely and properly fill up this form. Send it to [email protected] and wait for the response.
STEP 4. Deposit at least PhP2,000 to any of the following bank accounts:

For New Students/Transferees
I am planning to transfer to Mondriaan Aura College and have taken units from my previous college/university. What are the steps?
STEP 1. Prepare a clear scanned or photographed copy of your Official Transcript of Records from your previous college/university and send it to [email protected]. Indicate your objective to transfer in the body of the letter.
STEP 2. Wait for further instructions from the Dean of Academic Affairs.
STEP 3. With approval from the Dean of Academic Affairs, download the enrollment form from https://bit.ly/3aMNDzC for the summer term and/or regular semester enrollment form. Completely and properly fill-up the form.
STEP 4. Deposit at least Php 2,000 to any of the following bank accounts:
