Quoting Arland Gilbert, Edith B. Geniza, the returning president of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Subic and Vice-President of Mondriaan Aura College appealed once again for the cooperation and sacrifice of her fellow PMAPers in maintaining the integrity of PMAP as a premier organization not just in the Subic Bay Freeport but in the Olongapo and Zambales areas, the entire Philippines, and the whole world. She added, "Let's aim for the sky!" She noted that she cannot do everything by herself.

PMAP Subic and Junior PMAP (JPMAP) Subic held a joint induction last March 6 at the Admiral's Guest House in Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

Attended by some eighty (80) PMAPers, JPMPers, and guests, the event was also graced by PMAP NATIONAL President Grace Abella-Zata, PMAP National Past President Lina Aseneta, PMAP Pampanga Chapter Pres,and PMAP National Director Loi Echevarria, Toto Roldan of the PMAP Center, SBMA Deputy Administrator for Administration Atty. Robert S. Martinez, SBMA Labor Center Manager and President of the Subic Bay Workforce Development Foundation, Inc. Atty. Severo Pastor, PAMET OZ Chapter Director Nestor Recella, Edgar Geniza, President of Mondriaan Aura College, also the President of Olongapo-Zambales Association of Private TechnicaI Institutions and director of Central Luzon Association of Higher Education Institutions, Rotary Club of Subic Bay President Orly Duque.

Aside from the induction, Subic Chapter also celebrated its 10th year anniversary as a chapter - symbolizing a decade of service and excellence - signifying renewal, as well as change. The celebration was also highlighted by a learning session conducted by Pres. Grace Abella-Zata on the topic "Competency-based selection".
