Consistent with the College vision for academic excellence, only qualified faculty members are hired. Our teaching staff is professionally qualified, academically competent individuals dedicated to the ideals for which the College is committed to.

As a rule, only lawyers handle law subjects for Management and Accountancy students. While Certified Public Accountants handle professional accounting subjects. Only MBAs handle management subjects while licensed Engineers and/or those with MS Degree in Engineering handle major engineering subjects. Only MA/MS and PhD/Ed.D. handle professional education subjects. Consistent with this, only teacher who specializes in particular subject such as English, Filipino, Political Science, Math, and General Science handle these subject.

Only licensed Nurses and Medical Technologists serve as C.I.s for Nursing, Practical Nursing, and Caregiver training.
